1. Food Safety Policy

Due to the nature of food products, we cannot accept returns of items that have been opened, used, or consumed. This policy helps ensure the safety and quality of our products for all customers.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the product and packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

After review, we may offer:

  • A replacement product, or
  • A refund, depending on the situation.

3. Return Eligibility

Returns may be accepted only if:

  • The product is damaged during delivery, or
  • The wrong item was shipped.

The item must be:

  • Unopened
  • In its original packaging
  • Returned within the specified time frame.

4. Refund Process

Once the return or issue is verified, refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds or returns cannot be issued for:

  • Products damaged due to improper storage
  • Orders where incorrect shipping information was provided by the customer
  • Change of mind after delivery

6. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped. Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.
